Maintaining and enhancing employees’ integrity as well as creating a conducive working environment have been the company’s commitment through the implementation of the “whistleblowing” program since the middle of 2013. The program becomes an effective media for every employee who wants to report various violations or irregularities that occur within the company.
Such violations or irregularities that should be reported to the management include:
- Violations against company rules & regulations
- Conflict of interest
- Drugs dealing/drug usage
- Other illegal activities
In the event of any criminal or inappropriate conduct within the company, employees may report to the Kawan Lama Integritas by a toll-free phone, text messages, fax, e-mail, website, or written letters, which have been intensively socialized.
The company highly appreciates every employee who participates in the program and ensures the security by protecting their identities. This Whistleblowing program is a compliance of Public Company Principles and Governance No. 7.5.
