ACE 25th Anniversary Celebration
November 4th, 2020 - Celebrating its 25th anniversary, ACE Hardware Indonesia, renowned as the provider of most complete lifestyle and home improvement needs in Indonesia, introduces its latest services for more convenient shopping experiences for their customers, alongside social responsibility activities and various promotional programs, all packaged under the theme: ACE INDONESIA 25 YEARS ANNIVERSARY, 25 Years of Providing Solutions for Indonesia.

MISS ACE - MOBILE INTERACTIVE SHOPPING SOLUTION
After 25 years, ACE continues to strive to improve its services to provide a pleasant shopping experience for loyal customers. Nana explained, “This time, we launched MISS ACE, a digital feature that will make shopping at ACE even easier for customers."
MISS ACE is an abbreviation of Mobile Interactive Shopping Solution. It is the official Mobile App of ACE Indonesia launched in 2016. By using this app, customers can enjoy various features, such as being updated on the latest product promotions, special price offers, product specifications, and the location of the nearest ACE store. They can also contact ACE customer service via online chat, e-mail, telephone, and SMS. “ACE Rewards” members can sync their membership cards to the app to check Reward Points and view transaction history. And now, with the addition of MISS ACE feature, customers can shop seamlessly through the app and have a Personal ACEsistant to help them anytime, from anywhere.
Customers can fully enjoy MISS ACE features by downloading or updating the existing ACE Indonesia mobile app system. MISS ACE will enable them to shop more easily online and offline at once (Omnichannel).
For online shopping, customers can either choose to pick up the purchased products directly at ACE stores, or ship them using ACE’s trusted delivery services. As for offline shopping, customers can simply scan the barcode on the products at the store to obtain complete product info and make payments directly through the app with various cashless options. This way, they can avoid queues at the cashier. Also, customers who shop directly at ACE stores can choose to carry their purchased products themselves or get them shipped to the desired destination using ACE’s delivery service.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTIVITIES
ACE is committed to always growing with the community, providing mutual benefits, and participating in creating equal welfare through Sustainability Program related to economy, society, and environment, under Good Corporate Governance principles.
Through Kawan Lama Foundation, which houses all social activities of Kawan Lama Group, ACE donated 150,000 Personal Protective Equipment and medical devices to referred hospitals for Covid-19, nursing homes, and orphanages in 25 cities that are most affected by Covid-19. Also, during this pandemic, ACE and all other Kawan Lama Group business units, through the Kawan Lama Foundation, donated various medical and non-medical needs to medical personnel and communities affected by Covid-19 as a support to the government in stopping the spread of Covid-19 in many regions.
